EnVe-Light V01
The system consists of aluminum wall brackets, profiles and accessories, which are specifically designed for vertical substructures in ventilated facades. This system also includes extenders of brackets, with which help you can realize different indents of cladding from the wall. The wall brackets are available from 45 mm to 305 mm for brackets with isolator and for variant without it - from 40 mm to 300 mm in 10, 20, 30 mm increments (depending on length) each in three different sizes (L, M and S). Wall brackets are supplied with different hole geometrics in base plate, according to the method of installation to the base material – with anchors or screws.
Wall brackets supplied with preassembled isolator can reduce the thermal effect on building. The isolator separating the substructure from the base material prevents the formation of thermal bridge, improving the thermal efficiency of façade construction and the entire building.
For profile and wall bracket connection brackets have two types of fixing points – fixed and sliding. Sliding point allows compensating thermal expansion of profiles. Fixed point takes the weight of façade construction with cladding and proportional window loads while the sliding point assumes the proportional window loads. Fixed and sliding points have a special mark and scale to avoid mounting failures.
Vertical profiles are connected to wall brackets with specially designed screws or rivets for fixed and sliding points. This allows frictionless sliding of profiles against the wall brackets and keeps the profile in place connected by the fixed point. The sliding point makes sure that there are not additional loads on the substructure from the profile expansion forces. For keeping the profile in position whilst it is being fixed with screws or rivets, brackets have the special fastening clip. This simplifies the procedure of adjustment of façade substructure and reducing the mounting time.
This system is used in conjunction with sheet materials of cladding, the fastening of which is made directly to the profile using rivets or screws.
